James Miranda has spent the last sixteen-plus years running teams, supply chains, and operations where the cost of a sloppy process isn't a missed quarter — it's a real-world failure. He's managed perishable-goods logistics for a regional organic food company, led security teams of sixteen-plus personnel, and built the kind of documented, repeatable systems that keep complex operations from drifting.

He founded Dunmoreland LLC last year after watching the e-commerce consulting space fill up with course-sellers and get-rich-quick funnels. His thesis is simple: most "online store" advice fails because it treats the store as a marketing artifact, not a business with inventory, suppliers, cash flow, and SOPs.

Dunmoreland approaches every build the way James was trained to approach an operation — assess the terrain, document the process, source the materials, train the operator, hand over the keys.

"I'm not selling you a dream. I'm handing you a working business with inventory on the shelf and a manual to run it."

PRINCIPLES

How we make decisions.

01

Capital before clicks

Every store launches with real, paid-for inventory. No drop-ship vapor.

02

Process over personality

Documented SOPs and supplier relationships outlast any single tactic.

03

One client at a time

We cap the number of active builds so every store gets a manager's full attention.
